FiveStarCopywriting delivers all services digitally. No physical products are shipped. All deliveries are made via Google Docs shared link, .docx file, plain text, or a format agreed in the project brief.
Delivery timelines are shown on each service page and confirmed in the project brief. Timelines are in business days (Monday through Friday, excluding Italian public holidays).
The timeline clock starts when the completed project brief is received, not when payment is made.
First draft: delivered within the confirmed timeline to the email provided at checkout, via a shared Google Doc link.
Revision: after the client submits revision notes, the revised version is returned within 2 business days.
Final delivery: the final file is delivered within 1 business day of revision approval.
All project files are archived for 6 months after final delivery. After 6 months, files are deleted from project records. Clients are advised to download and save all delivered files promptly.
If the provider anticipates a delay, the client is notified at least 24 hours in advance with a revised timeline.
Delays caused by incomplete briefs, client unresponsiveness, or scope changes initiated by the client do not entitle the client to a refund and shift the delivery date accordingly.
