These Terms of Service govern the relationship between FiveStarCopywriting di Ferretti Giulia (provider) and the client purchasing services (client).
The provider offers copywriting services as described on fivestarcopywriting.com. All services are delivered digitally.
Services include: Launch Copy, Brand Voice, Customer Stories, Homepage and Landing Pages, Email Sequences, and Pitch Decks and Proposals. Custom combinations are available via the package builder.
Orders are placed via the custom package builder and completed by payment through Stripe. Payment is required in full before work begins.
Prices are shown in EUR excluding Italian IVA (22%). A tax invoice is issued upon payment.
After payment, the provider sends a project brief template within one business day. Work begins after the completed brief is returned.
The timeline starts when the completed brief is received. A brief returned late shifts the delivery date accordingly.
Delivery timelines are shown on each service page and confirmed in the project brief. Timelines are business days.
Delivery is digital, via Google Docs or a format agreed in the brief.
One revision round is included with all services. Revisions address accuracy to the brief.
Additional revision rounds are available at the hourly rate. A revision that changes the brief direction is a new project.
Upon receipt of full payment and final delivery, all intellectual property rights in the delivered copy transfer to the client.
The provider retains the right to reference the work for portfolio and promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
The provider's liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant project.
The provider is not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages.
These terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lucca, Italy.
