FiveStarCopywriting provides digital copywriting services. Because services are custom and time-allocated, the refund policy reflects the stage of work at the time of the refund request.
A full refund is available if the client has not yet submitted the completed project brief. The refund is processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.
To request a refund at this stage, contact hello@fivestarcopywriting.com with the subject "Refund Request" and your order details.
Once the project brief has been returned and work has commenced, the fee is non-refundable. This is because work has been allocated and begun.
If work is abandoned mid-project at the client's request, the client receives all work completed to that point.
If the provider fails to deliver by the agreed timeline without reasonable cause, the client may request a partial refund proportional to the undelivered work.
Delays caused by the client (late brief, unresponsive, changed direction) do not entitle the client to a refund.
