Pricing

Fixed prices are listed on the pricing page. If you need a custom scope — more emails than the standard package, a longer white paper, or a combination of services — use the contact form and I will provide a fixed quote in writing within one business day.
Fixed. The price on the service page is the price. There are no surprise additions at invoice. If the scope changes after the brief is agreed, that scope change is quoted separately and agreed in writing before work continues.
No. All prices exclude Italian IVA (22%). EU businesses with a valid VAT number in another EU Member State may apply the reverse charge mechanism under Article 44 of EU Directive 2006/112/EC. Non-EU clients are not subject to Italian IVA. Your invoice will reflect the correct treatment for your situation.
Not at present. Payment is taken in full at booking via Stripe. This is standard for fixed-scope project work. It protects both parties.
The hourly rate covers consultation sessions, strategy calls, editorial reviews of your own materials, and copy editing of existing content that does not fit a project package. 1 to 10 hours are bookable via the package builder. The rate is €31.85/hr.

Process

After payment, I send a brief template within one business day. The template takes 15 to 30 minutes to complete and covers the key information I need: audience, message, tone, existing assets, objectives, and timelines. Return the brief, and work begins.
That is fine. The brief is designed to capture the relevant context regardless of how much exists. The less material you have, the more useful the brief questions become.
Delivery timelines are shown on each service page and confirmed per project in the brief. The timeline starts when the completed brief is received, not when payment is made. A brief returned late shifts the delivery date accordingly.
No. The copy I write is written by me. AI tools may be used for research tasks (summarising competitor copy, identifying keyword themes), but the copy itself is human-written and human-revised.

Revisions

One structured revision round is included with all services. Additional revision rounds are available at the hourly rate.
A revision addresses accuracy to the brief. If the copy did not reflect the brief correctly, the revision fixes that. If you want to change the brief after reading the draft — different audience, different angle, different tone — that is a new brief and potentially a new project.
If the copy does not address the brief at all, that is on me and I will rewrite it at no additional charge. This has not happened, but the commitment stands. If the brief was incomplete and the copy reflected that incompleteness accurately, the revision addresses the gap in the brief.

Delivery

All work is delivered digitally. Standard delivery is via a shared Google Doc with commenting enabled, so you can annotate and gather team feedback before revision. On request, delivery can be a .docx file, plain text, or formatted for your specific platform.
Forte dei Marmi, Lucca, Versilia, Tuscany, Italy. All work is delivered digitally. Location has no bearing on project quality or delivery.
Not at present. All projects are fixed-scope. If you have ongoing needs, book each project separately. This keeps pricing transparent and scope clear.
